Since nobody can truly evaluate the value of the New Freewest stock, 0.15 is a very optomistic valuation by FWR management. Since FWR can still receive have a higher bid and because FWR is trading in the 0.63-0.64 range, the market is not putting a high value to the New Freewest stock.
