I wasn´t necessary going to write so much here but to comment on uppers posts.
Let me first congratulate all owners of NGD. Todays news was good news. I will avoid the cheap shots, the news is good.
About why I am posting.
1. I looked at alot of peers of another company, NGD being one of them. I have also written about one other company here at Stockhouse so far, Semafo.
2. NGD was the most overvalued in my view.
3. I see the broker reports only putting "Best buy" on the companies that they make money of. Check the disclosures. I also see a huge difference in how they value future discounted profits and ounces in the ground and it seems to have nothing to do with things like jurisdiction or track record.
Obviously I am not a professional investor or a fund manager as Upper has as one of his main arguments. I do research together with a few friends to the best of my knowledge. When I research a company like NGD very few can with any credibility say that I am trying to influence the stock price. These are large companies not small juniors.
My full work is out there for you to read and critizise. Since it was mainly about another company I didn´t post the link here or at the Semafo chat. But you can easily find it at the T.OGC chat.
I look at all these companies with the same parameters. I have no dislike of NewGold. I have never owned it and do not intend to buy shares.
NGD typically trades something like 10-20 musd/day.
