You're absolutely right.


While I previously noted we are enitled to 1% from FIU's Ezulwini and MWS projects

The royalty does not apply to Ezulwini.  The royalty was only for the BGM mine.  MWS was spun out of BGM so the royalty applies to BGM underground operation (retained by Simmers) and the BGM surface operation (I.e. MWS operated by FIU).
