In two earlier posts that went missing I tried to say that if I were to follow dmullen's analogy I would not consider Perry a First Mate. The First Mate and other Mates would be the Directors. Perry and other employees are much lower on the crew. If a passenger is unhappy with the voyage it seems unfair to be taking their frustration out on the Cabin Boy or the crewman swabbing the deck.
Also in response to dmullen I buy shares because I believe Micrex has good potential even if there is frustration with the present situation. Two recent press releases about environmental issues give me optimism that Micrex is moving forward. Frustrated shareholders sell their shares cheap.  I take advantage of that with the understanding that if these are the prices that people are willing to sell at when they are dumping stock then imagine where the price will be when people are happy again.
