RE: NAVPS/Price

RE: NAVPS/PriceThe only question I have is why would the stock trade under its NAV ? The only time it would make sense it's when people are expecting its NAV to decrease.  However, we all know that it's NAV has been increasing since a while and will be higher than $2.39 in the quarters (the NAV was $2.39 at the end of Q3 and the TSX-V was at 1275 points).  This being said, it's NAV as at December 31st was higher than $2.39 (I'm expecting something around $2.80 - $2.90). and to me, it doesn't make any sense at all that the share price is that low, which is why I will be holding my shares until the share price is over its NAV.
