RE: Business Plan  Unfortunately,  we live in a cruel world Victor.  Ask any of the poor saps left holding the bag on this one over the past 36 months. I can understand you trying to muster some kind of game plan from which to go forward, but I can see none going the direction by which we have traveled.

I truly feel sorry for you and others that have taken a financial beating with this one. I feel your hurt,  but  many have tried posting the truth on this BB, only to bullied, ridiculed, and even sued.  Maybe you should have paid closer attention to what was stated in the past.

Perhaps the best path to travel right now would be to lick your wounds and travel off into another direction with another  company. Check out LBE........................................ They're on a fast track, and they actually mine the stuff. LBE has actually permitted, and proven up 3 mines while this outfit can't even conjure up one de-watering permit
