RE: Redstone thoughts

RE: Redstone thoughtsLil Driller,

"As with McWaters we see another nice little deposit with good grades. I do see an issue of only earning $2.9M cash flow over a 26 LOM months. Thats a lot of time and expenditure to earn so little."

People like tantallon love to analyze other peoples situations and totally ignore their own. Unfortunately these people seldom see the complete picture, and are often so off course as to render their "expert" advice useless.

Lets take McWatters for instance: What people who take those 3 day mining crash courses don't/can't understand is that the 2.9 million dollar number assumes all worst cases within those calculations. Let's see what those calculations don't entail:  Firstly this estimate assumes 7.00 nickel. Current nickel prices are clearly 1.00 or more higher than that right now and are projected by many to strengthen slightly over the coming year. If Tantallon had read any drilling results on McWatters, he would be more than aware of the rich vein "off shoots" that occur in this deposit. In many cases these small structures range between 1-3 meters in thickness, and grade out upwards of 4% nickel and in some cases as high as 20%. We know that these type occurances occur abundantly within the McWatters structure and are impossible to completely account for when drilling out said property. This is where the real kicker comes in: An experienced mine manager will recognize these massive sulfide zones visually in the course of mining operations and proceed accordingly. Many times these zones result in only 2-3 days of mining time each, but they add tremendously to the company bottom line. When taken cumulatively, and coupled with increased mining efficiencies, these factors can have a very favorable impact. Considering that an NPV of 8% has also been included, and mining operations are now underway, I like our position. It is not unrealistic to expect cash flow for this property to exceed 25 million.

Perhaps it might be better for Tantallon to apply his extensive abilities to calculating mine economics on his own investment. Hmmmmm maybe thats why he's over here.

Lil Driller,  Instead of parroting other people's opinions, perhaps you should think things out for yourself. LOL
