kurdsoil.. naked shorting is when an investment house will allow somebody to short a stock without actually having the stock.. so everything works the same as a normal short but NO stock ever exchanges hands... but you can see how harmful it would be to a stock if it was happening alot. I hope it's not the case with VST.
