The Company’s projects include PCH Ionic Adsorption Clay, Alces Lake, Elliot Lake, Loranger, North Wollaston, Eastside, and Otherside. The Company holds the right to acquire up to a 70% interest in the PCH Project which is 40,963.18 ha in size and is located within the Goias State of Brazil.

RE: Sell or notI agree that a sugar daddy is required, I think everyone knows that but don't kid yourself the risk isn't that great. Even with a $2 - $3 billion price tag to build a mine producing 2 MTY payback is only 4 years or so right? Not a bad deal just there are only so many players that have 2 - 3 billion to invest in it... Maybe they should call Bill Gates? or Richard the Virgin guy?'

invest 3 billioin
 - payback is at least a few years away with kcl and more with api
 - once production is full at 2mty at say $400 per tonne is 800 million per year minus operating costs
 - after 10 years of startup with say 100 million operating costs you have netted a pretty penny...

and the risk is that nobody buys potash which is not likely, or the price of potash goes down which is also not likely based on forecasts. api has proved the resource to be a 2mty mine for many many years. probably the biggest risk is that the earth ends in 2012 like the mayan calendar suggests?
