scubba2223... probably the same reason it was between .10 cents and .20 cents for months not all that long ago.
This stock has been super manipulated but sooner or later it's got to run... much, much higher. Look at it this way... .70 cents has to be close to the bottom when your sitting on a multi billion barrel oil reserve.. just examine the facts about Vast/Niko and their PSC play black mountain. It could be the best buy on the venture this year.. right now.
