dalesman.. i agree i think the KRG does have insight into black mountain and were very happy to get Vast shares... which could give them quite the return!  As far as risking goes it has to be to the lower end of the risk scale.. especially since the seismic results indicate a large oil bearing formation and the CEO's have mentioned oil seepage over the block. I don't think that there is a better oil play on the venture IMHO.. everyday brings us a little closer to drill time. :)
