There is no breach in security - what has happened is someone is likely trying to discredit you and is playing with the fonts to mimic your name - if you look closely you have a small "l" before the 77 whereas this mimic is using a capital "i" [I] before the 77...this is trick they did to a friend of mine years back called Dudleydog where the then mimic used Dudleydoq as his name changing the letter 'g' at the end of the name to a 'q'.
