The answer I got is:  PROMO is in the toilet : Website looks like a Syrian wine store, and PG salary is a hefty one to carry.

PG insider buying is not existent unless we make him borrow the companys money to buy shares. This shows confidence and belief.

There was a big report on how Turkey is emerging as a metal's powerhouse. There government is very stable compared to some.

Otherwise the project is a stellar.
