ISA/Paladin
ISA/PaladinAt the last general meeing Goodman(paladin) stated very sincerely that his intention was to form a true partnership with ISA which wold benefit both companies down the road. They weren't just there to buy the tax losses and let ISA go bankrupt and get back the "lease" on all the patents. He intended to build ISA into a profitable company. If all he was interested in was taking over ISA if they went out of business, do you think he would have given them $1.6 M ? I suspect money was going to get tight for ISA in a few months so they came up with an arrangement to help get ISA through to the possible Lux milestones. If money is needed again down the road, I'm sure another arrangement will be made to ensure ISA gets every chance to be successful.
