Take-out opportunity

Take-out opportunityNot pumping - and yes I know they have more to prove - but - SQM is in the neighbourhood - a possible take over opportunity for them (not a lot of oustanding shares with this one)?

But I must also ask - why hadn't SQM moved in on these potential properties already - or were they beaten to the punch?
