when managment writes their options it's always at a considerable discount to going prices.. i'm sure if EC was at .90 cents their options would have been priced at .50 cents or there abouts.. i think that a company always wants to see their s/p increasing but in this case it hasn't. The drill will ultimately tell the story but the market wants to see the property sale finalized to give them a cash-cushion... now if the drill succeeds right off the bat then obviously that will allow them to do a modest PP at prices probably well over $1 and keep dilution down. Zarza could be the companys "ticket" and i'm quite sure they would like nothing better than to see the chance for the s/p to hit $20 or higher depending on results... :)
