In sell offs, institutions sell their winners to lock in profits and tout their brilliance to the clients and with this stock being up 700% since the bottom, there's alot of profit to be had.

According to the numbers I'm running with, at $4 this stock is trading at a current Enterprise Value of $46k / boe and $36k / boe using the 2010 exit rate.  As long as oil prices stay high and gas prices don't fall off the map, this pull back is a tremendous opportuniy to pick up more shares.
