RE: RE: RE: Malin Plant

RE: RE: RE: Malin PlantI'll post the same thing here that I posted on the other site. Maybe someone has a different take on it. But it appears that there is certainly no concrete reason to believe that the plant will be producing in April. I hope I'm pleasantly surprised, though.

"Ok, so the plantmay be operational in April, but could he have maybe given us anestimated timeframe for the completion of the EIA and final permitting, which I assume are prereguisites for actually producing and generatingcashflow? Or is this going to be another example of where we waitanother 6 months wondering what's happening? BTW, how is productiongoing to increase to 120 tons per day in the third quarter if theyhaven't yet received the necessary govt. approvals by then? Sorry, butI think I'm beyond the point of being cynical about this stock. Still,I'll wait though. Eventually something's gotta happen. I hope :-)"

From NR:

"Theplant is expected to be in start-up mode in April 2010 at a rate of 60tons per day and production will increase to 120 tons per day in thethird quarter of 2010.

J&M has hired anAccredited Consulting firm authorized by the Ministry of Mines andEnergy to produce the EIA (Environmental Impact and tailings study).

Thestudy once approved by the Ministry requires that all work to becompleted onsite be supervised by the Accredited Consultant prior tothe final permit delivery."
