RE: RE: For Fun...NAVI am going to stick with my prediction of $2.87 based on the increase of the TSX-V during Q4 (I believe I already explaned my prediction in one of my previous post).
The only thing I find funny about this stock is that it is being traded on past performance (its NAV) instead of expected futur ROI (like all other stocks).  In my opinion, if you think that the TSX & TSX-V is going to increase over next year, PNP's book value will increase as well and so will the share price. To me, that means that this stock is really underevaluated due to the fact that I'm expecting a NAV around $4.80 in Q3 of 2010.
So yeah, my prediction is $2.87, and it will be fine with me if your $3.08 prediction is closer than mine :)
