RE: Income stream from Ouro Roxo gold mineBecause they issued a lot of PP paper at much lower prices Including this last round at $.06. If it was so cheap then why do a financing at that price? I haven't noticed any announcement of the financing closing so it's possible that this "newsletter" was timed to try and bring volume into the shares so as to close the PP.
