RE: When is Severstal to bidBIM has had a good move in the last week, it seems you can trade it when it gets down to the low .50's and sell in the low .60's.  At least that's been the range for the past while.  Have a feeling it's going to hit a new 52 week high and if any announcement of a partner comes soon it's going to triple or more.
