Just to keep the facts straight here the $228M offer was a gross amount due over 20 years. The NPV was
about $70M.

I agree securities laws  were not violated. But the Code of Ethics of WND was.

This is most bizarre. Why would only Claus have unloaded his options?

There are 4 million options outstanding. I don't know how many have reached exercise date, but Claus's lot can't be the only one to have matured.

And so far as insiders buying, they are already fat with options.

Very very strange indeed. Since he probably has money based on his profile, and definitely knew he would tank the market because of his capital market background, he deliberately slammed the market price.

So the possibilities as I see them is he really is desperate for cash, or he purposely sank the market. Either way he should be fired. Unless this was a conspiracy by Jeff et all to lower the price. Quite the mystery.

I do think they will launch Windstar since Jeff says everything is on schedule. With their other projects, and
the 30% tax credits the stock will recover easily in my opinion. But why from the lower price?
