ARG Never will go over $0.70?

ARG Never will go over $0.70?Can someone point me to the guy who said the stock would never again go over
.70, wonder now that it just hit
.95 if they have any more gems of wisdom?
Right now at .95 the problem is more moving up too fast than being stuck .....
