I think the news is good for two reasons. First, we grow the resource with confirmed ounces for a cheap price and the property at quick glance seems to have some nice upside potential.

What I really like about this move though is how management seems to be systematically creating their own "gold camp" by grabbing property on the outskirts of the big land position they already have. This bodes very well for the long term prospects of AVR and this project. As gold production continues to ramp up look for the big boys like RanGold to consolidate the camp.
