I'm sure someone will ask the "accretive" question on the conference call.

I also don't think the last quarter's or annual results mean anything. For me it's all about the now $40mm in combined order backlogs and the guidance they can give going forward.

Obviously, the street still wants more news and I think the company and their bankers should be selling the story to some institutions while the stock is still cheap. 

I think a fair shareprice in light of what we do know today is at least in the $2.10 -$2.25 range.
