Wow, do I love the irony there!!  I can't believe that Mordy has complained that the minority wasn't given an opportunity to purchase........or that he wants a meeting of shareholders to elect a BOD that greater represents all shareholders.  Is this guy for real????

I have sent this article to Jeff Fennell of the OSC with all of the appropriate parts highlighted.  I have asked him if he thinks Severstal's complaints are being taken seriously by BC's commission as this is exactly what Severstal has done to us (the minority) in Ontario.  I also asked him if the Articles author, John Helmer was delusional in his thoughts of stock manipulation as the OSC had insinuated we (the minority) were.......
