I do not know Irule, but I am not an insider.  But I doubt that he or she is an insider.

I studied every word in the PR carefully, as well as any public reports related to any company I have an interest or invested. I did a very thorough job in DD for many companies including TARM, PRO, BQI, and LBE. As an investor or potential investor, I need to study these companies very carefully.

If you do not understand the press release, you should ask the IR person for explanation. Also, you need to do your homework such as reading 43-101 reports released very carefully, PR, and any independent reports. I study 3 to 5 companies at this time, and RGX is the most interesting one.
