Here's my take. Someone at BMO a retail trader and not a institutional trader is selling. Could be for any number of reasons.

Hopefully its not someone with negative insider knowledge as this person is probably losing or at best breaking even- seeing that 2 1/2 cent is a 52 week low.

On a positive note, we have various buyers willing to pick up all this stock at this price. Which leads me to think that we will see the "ask" build up at 3 cents and higher.

It always baffles me as to why an institutional buyer has to hide behind the "anonymous" designation. And yes institutional traders are the biggest penny flippers on the Venture.

I routinely trade this stock in blocks of 20k to 30k and currently hold 61k.

Risk vs reward.

Of late the risk side as been winning out.
