RE: Whats the hold-up?Could it have been the political climate (or lack thereof) , the lack of an oil deal , the state of the world economies , and the usual logistic delays all combined ?
Patience.........yes maybe even six plus months before results (maybe not), however it will get done and imho we will be rewarded greatly.
