RE: Rules for Halts and Timely Disclosure

RE: Rules for Halts and Timely Disclosuremy prediction is if this is actually a takeover attempt the buyer will be offering somewhere between 60-80 cents. Seeing how they are making an offer when the markets are in the sh-its right now (trying to get it as cheap as possible).

becuase from my recollection Phoscan purchased the project off of Baltic for 40 cents a share when fertilizer markets were very strong much stronger than they are now, hence is why company has book value of 80 cents.

Steve told me he would not settle for anything under a dollar..... hence is why I think this offer will not go through as the company could get much higher price if it just waited another couple years of doing nothing lol....

Agrium and IAMGOLD are two very possible candidates i think and your would think that an acqusition of say 250 million tops would be peanuts to these billion dollar companies which would price a buyout at 1.50 tops.

Word.
