Promotion or a kick in the butt, whatever it takes.

I have not been around as long as a lot of other shareholders on this board, but l do recall this stock trading upwards of a buck just on news and no permit in hand. That was the before the split price. Of course cobalt was selling at a much higher price back then, but jeez we're less than a dime, almost a nickel from that now.
