RE: Oceana's value

RE: Oceana's value I agree with your valuation. In my earlier message in April, I  did an evaluation of  Semafo and OceanaGold on a number of variables and that showed clearly how undervalued OceanGold is compared to Semafo. Today Semafo is trading at $7, giving it a market capitalization of 1755 million. Oceangold is trading  around $3.15 giving it a market capitalization of only 720 million. OceanGold share price has to go up 2.5 times to match that of Semafo. I hope one of these days OceanaGold's share price would move to its true value.

What is puzzling me is that OceanaGold is trading today only at $3.15 where as its closing price at the Australian Exchange was CDN $3.33. It appears those who are currently selling out do not realize how undervalued OceanaGold is trading currently in the Toronto Market
