A more important topic might be the advantages or disadvantages of a company being owned [over 50%] by one investor and what the benefits are to enhancing share price.  When a single entity owns the majority of the company it literally kills the share price [or certainly can] as it removes any excitement to invest.  If we could only convince Jilin Jien of that.  Otherwise it's going to be a long slog.....
