Severstal IPO provides leverage

  The way we see it Severstals plan to launch IPO provides minority with alot of leverage. Let me start by saying I expect things to start shaping up for both Severstal and the minority holders, It only makes sense......However I have thought this at previous times and here we sit <80. If Severstal wants an IPO for gold assets and HRG is 2/3rds of their production then HRG needs to be in good shape and free of Legal obstacles, obstacles being any hinderances that tie HRG shares up. i.e Prognoz hearings, or any legal issues that might arise from unethical practice. Get my drift? In other words Severstal now needs us to play ball as much as we need Severstal. As harmfull as legal actions may be to SP, the problems it would cause Severstal with IPO would be catastrophic. It is my desire to see everything run smoothly as we all have alot riding on this, We hope the meeting goes well and remember this is your company, it is all of ours so demand answers.
