In order to keep the project afloat it would seem pertinent if Ralph gave up his salary until the project went into production or he attracted a partner that will fund the project.

Many shareholders lost 90% of our investment with Soho.

I am sure the Chinese majority shareholders could live comfortably on 10k a month.

When Soho cratered I lived on $300 a month and it has not gotten much bette.

Diluting shareholder's  investment to pay Ralph 10k a month is difficult to digest.
