- Mr. Conrad requested a status quo and sanctions for attorney fees for filing this motion. Court noted it would not hear the Counter-Motion (Wolf's)because it was filed late, However would consider the opposition and will set the Counter-Motion on another date (Aug.17). Arguments by Counsel. COURT stated its findings and ORDERED, Plaintiff's Motion (G8 SOS shareholders) for Leave to Proceed; Motion for Injunction Against Global 8 Inc. and Mr. Wolf; and Motion for Attorney Fees as Sanctions Against Mr. Wolf, GRANTED IN PART, Court noted the meeting to go forward.
