RE: Got myself fitted

RE: Got myself fittedSHH has been at this stage where they could "fit" people.  Unfortunately they couldn't bring it mainstream.

It would seem they have a bigger hill to climb now that they are not the OEM.

Some questions-

    1.  How much?
    2.  Did you get to keep the headband?
    3.  Why didn't they just send you the kit to self fit?
    4.  Did you self fit?

So, if the earbuds are expensive plus forking out $200 for the headband plus shipping, who is gonna buy these?

My experience with earbuds is they often get hooked on something while you are doing something.  It's not that pleasant having the cheap buds ripped from your ears.  When they are anchored even more securely with the custom fitted buds, what then?  Could the user actually get hurt?  Or will the wires just rip out of the buds making them useless?

Sure the sound coming from may be second to none but if you can only wear them when you are doing needlepoint, nobody's gonna fork out the premium for something they can't wear all the time.

That and the fact there's a quarter of a billion shares out there might be reason to sell at nickle and a half.
