Proven Over and Over Again.....Shareholders voted out Daniel H Wolf, Julio Ferreria and Tad Simmons in November 2009. Daniel, Julio and Tad refused to honor shareholders so they are calling an AGM meeting. Daniel and Roy have bashed and delayed the calling of an AGM meeting because it will stop them from issuing shares to themselves and screwing all the shareholders.
Daniel are you scared of an AGM meeting? You are not going to win and you reactions speak very clearly of that. Let the shareholders hold annual general meeting, let the shareholders vote you out again, let the shareholders take back the millions of shares you have stolen, let the new board fire you, let the courts deal with you, let justice be served.
