Unfortunately your list appears to be a compilation of items for which FCO management has no control over. One can give the best estimate of an expected time frame based on the knowledge in hand at the time, what outside forces impact that guess is not under anyone's control.

So, yes there are some missed dates, but nothing that purports to lying and scam artists. Obfuscation on your part maybe?

And your estimate of the time involved with the entire process start to finish, what was that in years? Your time frame encompasses 6 years, BFD. And the reason I say BFD, I just watched Couer spend 20 yrs getting Kensington open here, so your expectations for performance really aren't realistic for a brand new mine in the US of A given the current regulatory environment.

In other words, calling management scam artists and liars is fluff, not much to it.
