Yeah.....the debt is enormous but so will the cash flows to service it. As you say, obviously Mayo doesn't give a crap.
Besides free options/shares he's not a shareholder. Who needs to be a shareholder when you make 4+ million/year
while shareholders have been chopped in 1/2 over 2 years? Scary to think what his compensation package would
be if the stock rises 50%.
