1. stock is under heavy accumulation and asks are getting thiner. Bids will move up.
2. short term base building at .025 (where most trades happened) and is building the momentum to hit .03
3. once .03 (200 MA) gets taken out, it will go to .06 within days, and will try the SP range between .09 and .11
4. no debt, positive capital, furthur asset sales.
5. AGM comming up in 1st week of Sept. SP will move prior to the AGM
