1. SP is severely undervalued.  The current SP level was driven down from 0.10 based on the speculation that the company was going into bankruptcy. But now, no bankruptcy, and instead, no debt and has positive working capital and assets.

2.  Company significantly increased its financial flexibility with a host of options available to attempt to increase shareholder value.  Asset sales will give the company more power to increase SP value.  Also, the company mentioned about some options may require to seek additional capital.  You can't raise money with the current SP level and it will only increase the share dilution and decrease shareholder value.   The only way to raise more capital is to sell assets, consolidate shares 5 to 1, or drive up the current SP.
