Could you please explain your statement ?

What has the issuing of new units (shares) have to do with it?
And Why would they issue new shares at a low price
 AND then turn around and issue positive news that would then drive the price up?
Isn't this in the wrong order here???
Should they put the positive news out first and THEN issue these new units?
Makes no sense to me other than to line the pockets of insiders.
To me  as a retail shareholder this was NOT a positive news release.

Ricky, I hope the Company didn't give you too many shares to promote MDG
because you are doing a real shitty jobs of it!!

We will see a lot of action in the next 5 months,Paradigm's $2 target will soon become a reality!

This is without a dought only part I of the 2 Press Releases,we will most likely get the details in the next few days if not tomorrow

I am starting to believe that you are right...It looks very good indeed:)
