The Company's Transportation and Logistics segment includes the transportation of crude oil, motor fuels, fuel oil and other refined products, including diesel and biofuels. The Company's main crude oil pipeline systems' operating capacity is approximately 1.34 million barrels per day (BPD). I personally think it is very possible is a bad sign before the result come out.  From an outsider persprective, we never know whether the news or information has leaked out.  Remeber when EC received the full permit at the morning, the SP spiked up before the news released out.  Has the news being leaked out?

Anyway, I hope I am wrong this time...
