HRG`s Q2 Cash Flow = $48,800,000

HRG`s Q2 Cash Flow = $48,800,000
The $39.3M was Net Profit.

HRG`s Q2 Cash from Operating Activities = $48,800,000 (financials not yet on SEDAR but you can find them on HRG`s website, under financial filings)

HRG`s Q2 CF on a go forward annualized = $195,200,000 (this is why I was using $350 - 400M in CF for the next 2 years in a recent post, and that becomes conservative as the gold price increases)

HRG`s outstanding shares (prior to the warrant exercise today) = 799,500,000

Q2 CF per share = $.061 ($48.8M / 799.5M)

Q2 Annualized CF per share = $.244 ($195.2M / 799.5)

$.244 * 15 CF multiple = $3.66 share price

$3.66 + $.24 (Cash + Investments, prior to today`s transaction) = $3.90 share price
