Seriously, if this was an office and all of you were employees (pretty lame analogy), you all would be making less than minimum wage with Nick promising raises and bonuses going back 10 years.  I'd be the guy telling you to go to find a different job  and telling any prospective employee to check with labor relations before thinking about working for this employer.  I'd be the guy you thank in 5 years for suggesting you get out of that dead end job.

Dude, I'm asking the tough questions and playing devil's advocate when it comes to the promises Slick Nick makes.   If that's your definition of a bully then I'm guilty.  It's my definition of due diligence.
