I don't know how to insert a screenshot, but if you look at the Google Finance page for Complant, you will see a news item in the Right Hand Panel (dated Aug. 20), that says:

China National Complete Import & Export to Apply for Comprehensive Credit...

On the Google Finance page - this newslink leads to nothing but a blank screen...
It could just be a Google typo of some sort.
