Considering

Consideringthe potential structure of the total consolidation.... for which you can get all the details on their website, it is interesting to see some people scrambling to get in on this... all said and done, once the whole deal is structured and financed,  The bottom line is a share float of 40 millon to 50 million shares worth about .50 cents post consolidation terms. Habitually a financing floor rarely supports the price....

This is a rough calculation and is lowballing the float.

The end result is going to be in MIN shares.   The RS is considerate, but a 3 to one split and the protocols of the merger however, by my calculation and I'm not the smartest one for this... I would say a good buy would be in the .15 cents on the high side or less and under range, or wait for the deal to close and dust settles.

Of course this may not be possible.

Any comments would be appreciated?
