RE: Possible buyout of CTE by TullowThe trading here for CTE has been very manipulative. wanted to move beyond .18 and then it was taken right down again. PP in the works? It sure looks like it which might explain the reason for  it not moving up beyond .18. Another  PP at 20 cents may be in the very near future.
