RE buyout

RE buyoutIF they wanted to buy it out why not do that instead of pump it up with a big news release? Is it an absolute fact that Tullow has strong hands? The problem with these little stocks is what if someone bought a boatload under 10 cents and cashed out above 30 cents and thats all?
